At the heart of our catering magic is Jacqueline Cope, whose leadership, creativity, and passion bring flavour and flair to every dish

A blend of Filipino, Spanish, and English heritage runs through my veins—and so does a lifelong passion for bold flavours and soulful food. My culinary journey began in London, where I launched my first catering company in 2000, known for its vibrant South-East Asian influence.

In 2020, amidst the quiet chaos of the pandemic, I created Asianaa Kitchen in Madrid—an artisanal food delivery service bringing rich, Asian-inspired dishes to private homes and boutique businesses.

Today, I divide my time between the buzzing creativity of Madrid and the wild, sun-soaked beauty of Menorca. On this Balearic island, I now work as a private chef, offering bespoke dining experiences that celebrate Menorca’s seasonal bounty. Whether it's an intimate dinner overlooking the sea or a curated feast in a rustic finca, I bring the same philosophy to every plate: food should be a story—flavourful, expressive, and deeply rooted in place.

Through EsForaster (@esforaster) and the Catering Club, I continue to blend tradition with innovation, crafting unique gastronomic moments that are as unforgettable as the landscapes that inspire them.
